Make a Silver Bangle

The Course

Our Silver Bangle course is perfect for beginners to the world of jewellery making. Over the course of the day you will learn to create one or two bangles from scratch, unique to you and able to last a lifetime!

The techniques covered to make your bangles will include sawing, filing, soldering and hammering so manual dexterity is essential.

The Tutor

Anna Rennie is a Silversmith and teacher who gained a BA (Hons) in Silversmithing & Jewellery at Truro College and went on to train further at Bishopsland. Anna specializes in several traditional silversmithing methods especially raising. She also teaches regular jewellery and silversmithing courses as well as exhibiting her work across the UK.

Participant Information

Dexterity and hand strength is required due to the physical nature of the course. All other tools and materials will be provided. This course is for people aged 18 and over only.

Fee & Refreshments

£150 per person, including tuition, teas and coffees. Please let the Museum know in advance of any dietary requirements.
