Crawley Hall Wedding Open Day – Sat, 24 & Sun, 25 April

On Saturday, 24 and Sunday, 25 April we are inviting happy couples to view our unique, charming and rustic timber-framed barn ‘Crawley Hall’ as the perfect venue for their special day (bookings essential).

It’s a great opportunity to see the venue dressed, and a chance to meet some of our highly recommended suppliers who can help add the finishing touches to your special day. Making it a perfect location for smaller weddings.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we will be allocating 30 minute time slots for couples to enjoy a personal tour of this special location.

Register today by emailing with your date preference (24 or 25 April) and our wedding coordinator will be in touch to organise your personal tour.

The Museum as a Wedding Venue

The Weald & Downland Living Museum is a unique location for your wedding, set in the heart of the South Downs National Park.

At the Museum, over 50 historic buildings set in a beautiful 19th century park provide an outstanding backdrop for your great day, with plenty of idyllic settings for your photographs.

The Museum currently has two buildings licensed for civil wedding ceremonies:

  • The Downland Gridshell, an innovative modern timber building, can accommodate ceremonies for up to 180 people.
  • Upper Hall, a licensed ceremony room that can seat up to 50 people.
