Crawley Hall
Situated in the heart of the Museum’s medieval market square and surrounded by cobbled paths and historic buildings, this charming timber-framed barn is an ideal choice for more intimate wedding celebrations.
Crawley Hall is a beautiful choice for a more intimate setting, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for up to 50 guests.
The hire includes two full days of access, 10am to 5pm on both your setup day and event day. These can be weekdays or weekends, depending on availability. Chair hire is included in the full rental cost, making planning just a little bit easier for you.
You will also have the support of a dedicated Venue Coordinator on both days to ensure everything runs smoothly to our standards, and to assist with planning and logistics in the lead-up to your special day.
The hall includes access to a small kitchen, perfect for storing light bites or chilling drinks. While the space is not suitable for a full sit-down meal, many of our couples opt for picnic hampers or grazing boxes for a relaxed, lunch-style celebration. We can also provide grazing boxes and room décor upon request to help simplify your day.
Your guests are welcome to explore the Museum and enjoy their picnics across the grounds. Please note the Museum will remain open to the public, so we cannot reserve outdoor areas unless you choose to hire the dedicated picnic space for an additional fee. That said, the open Museum access often adds a special touch to the overall experience.
If you would prefer to bring your own décor, you’re more than welcome to do so, we just ask that everything is removed at the end of the event.
Many couples like to continue their celebration afterwards at one of our lovely local pubs. Some great options nearby include The Partridge, The Dean Inn, The Star, and The Fox Goes Free.
