- Raffle prize requests – As in independent Museum and charity we issue a limited number of tickets for raffle prizes each year. If you wish to apply, you need to contact office@wealddown.co.uk and attached a letter on your charity headed paper. We will only respond if you application is successful. Please do not apply by post.
- Donations to the Museum collection – please email details of the item you are looking to donate to the Museum to office@wealddown.co.uk . This will be passed on to the team to see if it would be suitable for our collection, and they will be in contact in due course.

The Repair Shop
The Repair Shop is filmed at the Museum by the production company Ricochet. The Museum is not linked to the production except as the location and the film set is closed to visitors. Should you wish to contact the production company or submit an item for repair, Ricochet is happy to take enquiries via email to repair@ricochet.co.uk
