Deborah Hodson

Head of Learning

Deborah is responsible for the formal and public learning programmes at the Museum. She manages the team delivering our offer to schools, adult learners and students on studying the Museum’s two MSc programmes.

Deborah has over 28 years’ experience of working in heritage in the UK, Europe and China including as Head of Learning and Engagement for the National Museum of the Royal Navy group. She is passionate about inspiring people to get involved in heritage and committed to developing imaginative lifelong learning opportunities that take full advantage of the Museum’s unique qualities to ensure that learning is embedded at the heart of the visitor experience.
