Music at the Museum: The Mantic Muddlers, Silver Threads & Fate the Juggler
Across 2-nights, 6 bands will delight our guests at the Weald & Downland Living Museum starting with Friday night’s ‘Music at the Museum’ featuring:
- The Mantic Muddlers
Combining a rich influence of sonic stylings and serving up their stories on a foundation of infectious grooves and raucous melodies, The Mantic Muddlers have a soundscape that pays tribute to the rich history of Roots music, whilst pushing forward into new territory. Songs that walk a tightrope between Fiction & Reality are put forth on such instruments as the searing Violin, thunderous Double Bass and Resonator Guitar, and then enriched with a coating of heartfelt vocal harmonies.
- Silver Threads
A trio playing Americana, folk and country music. They’ve been together for 6 years and have played many festivals and functions.
- Fate the Juggler
Recently reviewed by the Sunday Express as a band that has the feel of Jethro Tull, but also, on Company of One, shades of Artic Monkey’s brilliant spin-off group ‘The Last Shadow Puppets’.
