Spend a relaxing and mindful day exploring the traditional technique of English paper piecing and create a mini-quilt. English Paper Piecing (EPP) is a technique that dates back to the early 18th Century but is just as relevant and enjoyable today as it was then. Connect with the generations of quilters that have come before and consider how hand stitching can be therapeutic and mindful, enabling us to slow down and stitch slowly as an antidote to our often very busy lives. Explore some the beautiful traditional patterns and take away a skill that could change your your whole life!
