Cider Making Day
If you are tired of wasting spare apples, then turn them into a treat that was the traditional drink of Britain for nearly 1,000 years. Join us for this one-day practical cider making course to learn how to make your own delicious cider and apple juice at home. You can even bring your own apples or pears and create a delicious drink from your home-grown produce.
Simon Reed appears regularly in the media and is a campaigner with CAMRA for real cider. Simon started his award winning Rough Old Wife Cidery in Kent 10 years ago and the Cidery now produces four delicious un-pasteurised artisan ciders all under traditional methods using local unsprayed apples with no added chemicals.
