James Harvey

James is a Chartered Accountant and Chairs the Audit and Finance Committee. He also holds the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma. He joined the Board of Trustees in 2024.

He qualified with KPMG, and has spent over 30 years in senior finance and operational roles, notably with JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Hermes Investment Management and Neuberger Berman. He is currently the CFO and COO for Future Growth Capital, a Schroders plc and Phoenix plc joint venture, and sits on the Strategic Advisory Group for TaxTec, a FinTech startup.

He was born and lives in the Weald with his husband and a badly behaved terrier, and in his spare time, enjoys hedge laying in the South of England.
