Fiona Allen

Fiona is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience across a diverse range of industries including media, government, legal, education, charities, and most recently, the global tech sector. She currently serves as the Director of People and Talent at a leading international technology company.

Fiona holds a degree in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She is also an active mentor, supporting the next generation of HR professionals in their career development.

Outside of work, Fiona leads an active lifestyle—going to the gym, running through the scenic Surrey and Hampshire countryside, and participating in fitness competitions. A keen traveller, she has explored numerous countries, with Asia being her favourite destination.

Having recently relocated to Hampshire, Fiona is enjoying discovering the charm of local villages and new running routes during her weekends.
