On the weekends of 3-4, 10-11 and 17-18 December we are welcoming a very special guest to the Museum – Green Father Christmas (Old Winter).
Seated in his chamber, traditionally decorated with seasonal greenery, Green Father Christmas will be selecting presents to give to each child that he meets.
Every child can spend time with Green Father Christmas before receiving a traditional wooden toy (a soft toy for 0-3 years) wrapped in brown paper and string.
There are lots of opportunities to take photos, and each guest can enjoy a hot drink and mince pie whilst waiting.
How to book
Green Father Christmas will need to be seen by appointment and tickets should be purchased in advance of your visit.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and accompanying adult tickets (max 2 per meeting) are available for £5 each (free for Annual Members) and include entrance to the Museum.
