The FB Pocket Orchestra was started in 2013 as an informal get-together on Thursday nights in a small bar on the south coast; a venue known locally for its jazz, great wine and bohemian tenor.

For reasons not entirely understood, the repertoire evolved into an exploration of the canon of early popular music – now our modus operandi.

Currently, performing over 250 shows a year ‘The FBPO’ can be seen in concert mode, party mode and busking mode in a huge variety of indoor and outdoor spaces.

“One of the best shows I’ve seen – fantastic musicianship, charismatic personalities and a wonderful playlist”
