Brewing & Harvesting Weekend

Saturday 05 September to Sunday 06 September 2015

This small-scale seasonal traditional activity will offer visitors to the Museum an introduction to traditional brewing skills – transforming barley and hops into ale and beer – and using other produce harvested in our traditional fields and gardens.

Beer will be brewed in Tindalls Cottage from Ticehurst and ale in Winkhurst Tudor kitchen – tasters of both brews will  be available for adults to try.
