How and when was colour applied to historic buildings externally and internally? What are the clues to look for? The main focus of this lecture-based day is brick and timber framed buildings. Suitable for specialists and home owners.

Timothy Easton is an independent academic and has written widely on rituals and superstition in early buildings.

Participant Information

You may wish to bring paper and pen. As the course will include a walk to selected buildings it is advisable to wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear.

Fee & Refreshments
