How to exhibit

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Museum’s events.

The Museum is renowned for its exciting and innovative programme of annual events. There is an opportunity for local craft workers, traders, food producers, caterers and demonstrators to exhibit with us.

Craft & Trade Exhibitors:

Our new Exhibitor Pack above includes details on how to book, the events exhibitors can attend, the types of spaces available and 2017 price list.

Please note that priority will be given to local and traditional craft workers, and is booked on a first come, first served basis according to the product’s relevance to the event. Those trading with non-craft products are only allocated spaces if the product is appropriate to the theme of the event and to the Museum.

Catering tenders & food producers:

Catering forms and food producer forms will be available mid February. If you are interested in tendering for a catering pitch at any of our events please apply using the contact details below. New Caterers should download and return a New Exhibitor Form. Please note that we prioritise local food producers using as much local produce as possible, who cater from small units that are sympathetic to the Museum’s ethos and character or relevant to the theme of an event.

Demonstrators: 

The Museum welcomes a range of demonstrators at its events, from traditional crafts, themed collectors and relevant groups or societies. If you are interested in participating at our events please apply using the contact details below.
