Birthday Parties for Children at the Museum
At the
Weald and Downland we offer a very warm and friendly welcome. We aim to
give you and your child a hassle free, but personal party. Children enjoy
the freedom and space of our Downland site and the relaxed atmosphere.
They are not kept behind ropes and constantly told ‘not to touch’.
Parties
are for children aged 5 and over. For a
child’s birthday party we build on this happy atmosphere, and on the
heritage theme of the Museum. We will be able to hold your party in one of
the Museum buildings if the weather is poor. We offer a selection of mixed
activities designed to appeal to different age groups, which are set out
