Find and purchase those perfect gifts during a great day out at the Museum, with stalls located in and around our collection of rescued historic buildings.
Our annual Christmas Market will take place on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 November. It’s a popular festive event that offers superb value for money, with a reduced entry price to both the Museum and Christmas Market of just £5 per person (free for Annual Members).
Most of the Museum’s collection of historic buildings will be bustling with stalls, and you can browse and buy from 150 traders selling arts and crafts, food and drink, handmade gifts and much more.
In addition to the craft and trade stands, there will be plenty of tasty seasonal treats to try and buy. Live music and entertainment will create a seasonal atmosphere, with musicians and choirs scheduled to perform around the Museum site.
The festive fun doesn’t stop once you’ve finished shopping, as there is a lot to see and do – explore our 40-acre site and visit the Victorian smithy, buy corn at the watermill and feed the hungry ducks, greet the Museum’s Shire horses and meet the visiting donkeys.
The Christmas Market will take place on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 November from 10.30am to 4.00pm. Entry is at the heavily reduced rate of £5 per person (under 4s enter for free) and there is free parking.
Please note that, due to their age, some buildings have limited wheelchair access – a quick call to us (01243 811363) in advance of the event is strongly recommended.
