Santa Sprint & Stroll 2016

A ‘Santa Sprint and Stroll’ around the Museum will be held on Sunday 11th December in aid of St. Wilfrid’s Hospice. Participants can choose either a 5K sprint or a 1 mile stroll (all off-road) around our undulating paths in the South Downs National Park.

The Sprint: A 5k off-road run along undulating paths. Over 12s only. Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Starts 10.45am.

The Stroll: A one-mile fun run, walk, hop, skip or jump – whatever you fancy – for everyone, including families, their youngsters and even the family dog! Ideal for those who like to take things a little more leisurely! Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Starting at 12pm, after the Sprint.

Afterwards, enjoy a warm and welcoming glass of hot fruit punch and mince pie near the lake.

Essentials

● Entry £15 for adults, £5 for children (aged 5-15 years), children under 4 go FREE
● FREE Santa outfits
● FREE goodie bag for children
● FREE entry for participants to the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum – family and friends are welcome to spectate and are invited to support the museum by giving a donation in lieu of entry
● Dogs are welcome on ‘The Stroll’ but must be kept on a lead please.

Deadline for pre-entry is Friday 2nd December, registration will also be available on the day.
