The course

This day consists of talks on Old English ales and beers, then going to Tindalls Cottage to see the process mid brew with time to understand what the processes are there. At the end there will be time to taste some different ales and beers.

The tutor

Marc Meltonville, Royal Palace Food Historian, has worked on displays of historic cookery and the reconstruction of kitchens at many of the six Royal Palaces and countless Museums and Stately homes.

Participant information

It is also advisable to wear warm layers as part of the day will be spend it an historic building.

Fee

£70 per person, including tuition, teas and coffees. Vegetarian refreshments will be provided, if you have any other dietary requirements please let us know in advance.
