light to coincide with the summer solstice. Charcoal burning, bread
making, whistling kettles, lantern making, candle dipping and dances to
celebrate the sun.

Medieval life and literature brought to life! Drama work-
shops leading to performances by the participants of the set texts.
Costumed story telling and a look at the work of a medieval cook, an
apothecary and a pilgrim badge maker.

wheat, cooking for an end of harvest feast, making up recipes with fruits
from the hedgerow, and traditional harvest songs and dances.
