Thank you for your interest in our events. We are always pleased to welcome new faces as well as “regulars”. If you feel unsure about anything, do let us know and we’ll be glad to help and answer any questions you have. The documents below are available to view and download and will provide you with some information about the kind of events we hold at the Museum. 

If you would like to apply for space at any of our events please complete and return the forms below along with the booking form for each specific event you wish to attend. We try to avoid too much duplication of products so we will need detailed information about what you intend to exhibit. Please note that if you want to add to, or alter your range of products from those mentioned on your forms, it is vital that you check with us before the events. We will also need a photograph or website link if you have not exhibited with us before.

At all of our events we give priority to handmade/local products and to exhibitors who can demonstrate their craft. Also we encourage traders with products that suit the theme of each event. If you are unsure if your product is suitable please feel free to contact us.

The information below is for craft and trade only. Caterers and food producers must apply through the office as the requirments, prices and booking forms are different. We ask all caterers and food sellers to source as much of their produce as possible from within the Weald and South Downs area.
