Artefact Collection The Museum has a strong supporting collection of about 15,000 artefacts illustrating historic building technology, building trades and rural crafts, especially woodland and timber management, agriculture and land management, and domestic life.There is a large collection of wheeled vehicles including carts, shepherds huts, living vans and agricultural machinery. Initially referred to as the 'supporting collections’, the artefacts are a significant collection in their own right. They are available to visitors in various ways:
