Timber Storage Shed

[Back to News Archive]

The timber storage shed has been built to hold the Museums collection of historic timbers which are currently held in inappropriate conditions.   With the Gridshell building it is essential to the reassessment and proper storage of many items within the Museums collection which is being undertaken with the help of the Designated Museum Challenge Fund.  It is located away from the Museum site in a railway cutting on the old Chichester to Midhurst railway line.
